Redefining care, one patient at a time
How do we define the best medical experience? You. Your comfort. Your well-being. Your total health. At CU Medicine OB-GYN East Denver (Rocky Mountain) our compassionate, family-centered atmosphere empowers patients to make informed decisions about their health.
Quality healthcare is more than many years of experience and board certifications — although we have all of those credentials. Together, we have served the Denver community for more than 30 years, and we are backed by 130 years of combined clinical experience. When you visit our practice, you can expect expert treatment delivered in a warm, open, and professional manner.
The first thing we do is listen
- A trusted team member will always answer your phone call, not an automated system.
- We listen to your needs.
- We talk through all of your options.
- We customize care to your situation and lifestyle.
CU Medicine OB-GYN East Denver (Rocky Mountain) builds lifelong relationships
You are always treated like family when you see us. We pride ourselves on building relationships that span many years and milestones.
We know we must be doing something right, because many of our patients’ children, friends and neighbors have come to us for their own obstetric and gynecologic needs.
A history of building relationships in the Rocky Mountain region
Founders of Colorado Women’s Care, Drs. Jean Dwinnell, Corinne Dix and Marshall Gottesfeld, were joined by Dr. Hal Levy in late 1999. Dr. Levy’s practice and Colorado Women’s Care merged to become Rocky Mountain OB-GYN.
As Rocky Mountain OB-GYN grew, like minded physicians joined the practice. Known for its excellent patient care, the practice was invited to join the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. In June 2016 Rocky Mountain OB-GYN joined the University of Colorado School of Medicine Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
In early 2021 the University of Colorado School of Medicine standardized location names for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Rocky Mountain OB-GYN was rebranded as the University of Colorado Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology East Denver.
