Dr. Yuko D’Ambrosia is a board-certified OB-GYN and has practiced with CU Medicine OB-GYN East Denver (Rocky Mountain) since 2001. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Tufts University. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. She then completed her OB-GYN residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Dr. D’Ambrosia is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.

Dr. D’Ambrosia chose obstetrics and gynecology because she loves taking care of women through different phases of their lives. The patients that surround her every day remind her why she loves what she does.

Dr. D’Ambrosia also enjoys OB-GYN because of the balance of working in an office and performing surgeries. She particularly likes the people that surround her every day – from her office staff to her wonderful medical assistant to her amazing partners who help her take care of complicated cases.

In an effort to make her patients feel comfortable, Dr. D’Ambrosia creates a nonthreatening and nonjudgmental environment when she sees every patient. She is calm and she listens to her patients about their issues and their health. Because of her approach to treating patients, she was awarded 5280’s Top Doc six times.

I treat every patient as if they were a family member. I remember my mother telling me how important her OB-GYN was in her life and how comfortable she made her feel, just by looking in her eyes and listening.Dr. D’Ambrosia
