Dr. Yuko D’Ambrosia is a board-certified OB-GYN and has practiced with CU Medicine OB-GYN East Denver (Rocky Mountain) since 2001. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Tufts University in Medford, MA. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. She then completed her OB-GYN residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Dr. D’Ambrosia is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Dr. D’Ambrosia says it is an honor to help women navigate pregnancy and delivery and understands that this experience is different for every person. She also enjoys helping women make decisions about contraception options, cancer prevention strategies, symptomatic treatment of heavy and/or painful menses, and treatment for perimenopause and menopausal symptoms.
In an effort to make her patients feel comfortable, Dr. D’Ambrosia creates a nonthreatening and nonjudgmental environment when she sees every patient. She is calm and she listens to her patients about their issues and their health. Because of her approach to treating patients, she was awarded 5280’s Top Doc six times.

Outside of work, Dr. D’Ambrosia loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and their dogs. Whether she is walking around her neighborhood or hiking in the Dolomites, she is happiest outdoors, doing something active. You can also find her working out at Pure Barre on a regular basis, or doing Liberty Puzzles. Dr. D’Ambrosia grew up in New Orleans, she appreciates good food, loves to travel and try the local cuisine.
